| "I shared a bottle of Pip's Dry cider with friends, all of whom live in the heart of cider county, & we thought it was delicious; 2 accents, one a fruity dry fizz, & then immediately a smokier taste. And not too much fizz, just enough to lift it above the flatness I never enjoy in cider, not enough to make it gassy & commercial tasting. A subtely characterful cider & I'll buy more". |
